Learning today has
become a lifelong task – an emergence, not from ‘choice’ but as a
necessity, a compulsion that has become mandatory for survival among
the fittest.
It was in 1997 when the journey was started from Patna and initiative was taken In its continued concerted endeavor to “rediscover excellence” in the realm of education, NIBM has always been a fore-runner and ahead of all the market players in Bihar & Jharkhand and one of the few ‘early adopters’ (amongst educational institutions) to undertake long-term resource initiatives and then on introduce the latest concepts , in sync with global trends and key “focus areas” which helps in strengthening the student’s skills and talent to become a successful professional, which will pave way for employment opportunities and sustainability in all spheres of life for them. After that more new courses were started by the institute named crash course, better personality development, computer literacy programs (DCA,ADCA,etc). Due to increased requirement the institute decided to construct new building. In 2010 -2011, was institute was shifted in a complete new seven story building n May 2010. In the new building all the necessary infrastructure was developed with all the necessary equipments in the director office, administrative office, class rooms study room and library of various subjects.
The road till now has been uphill and challenging, one that witnessed new paths being traversed, new horizons reached, propelled by the priceless insights of the visionary founder. There have been setbacks and milestones, yet the journey has, without doubt, been a greatly gratifying one and the journey is continued with achieving new road to success every now and then.
